Can we create additional user accounts?

In order to have a new user account for your organisation granted access to gain visibility or admin access to your dashboards, please submit a new request to with the following information: 

- Name

- Department/Team

- Email Address (within your domain)

Once we receive the request, our support team will create the user account and email the user directly with a temporary password to access their new account. Once logged in they'll need to create a new password for continued access to the dashboard.

Note: If you would like to grant access to someone outside of your corporate email domain, please also include contact details of who within the organisation this should be verified with.
