Yulia is a Workplace Strategy Lead responsible for developing data-driven solutions and recommendations for impactful workplace change. Yulia has over 12 years of international corporate real estate and workplace consulting experience working for leading firms including JLL and Colliers International prior to joining OpenSensors.
Yulia’s key objective is to leverage space utilisation data, extensive research and industry insights to help our clients design, communicate and implement their strategic and tactical workplace change initiatives. In addition to holding MSc Real Estate Management degree and RICS membership she has recently completed an MA Cultural Management program in order to be able to plan and support successful change management and placemaking programs.
A poorly planned and executed agile working program is likely to result in considerable losses from both occupancy costs and productivity standpoints. Worse still, inadequate agile workplace design and processes may irrevocably damage employees’ trust in the agile concept in general and in the organisation’s ability to deliver change in particular.
Designing workspaces and workplace change processes around a human experience and a growing need for a meaningful connection helps organisations across all sectors grow, evolve and compete for top talent.
